The pros, the cons, and everything between
The food was AMAZING! ! Exceptional local choices and friendly staff made dining a most enjoyable experience. The pools were pristine and perfect for families, ensuring everyone enjoyed their stay.
The evening entertainment was limited, which resulted in a quieter atmosphere than expected. Also, the shuttle back from town incurred an extra fee, which felt inconvenient.

Staying here for a family vacation was quite pleasant. The pools were large and well-maintained, perfect for the kids, and we enjoyed delicious meals at various dining spots. I particularly loved the beautiful views from the beach and how easy it was to navigate the grounds. The staff was always attentive, which made our stay feel special. However, I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the buffet options, as it felt somewhat limited during our meals.

The expansive beachfront view from the Deluxe Junior Suite was breathtaking, perfect for morning sunrises and evening cocktails. The staff was consistently friendly, providing attentive service that made our family feel welcomed. However, the limited evening entertainment options left us wanting more, and I noticed a need for healthier breakfast items, like fresh fruit. Additionally, some areas could use a fresh coat of paint to enhance the resort's vibrant ambiance.

Just a great match for a short stint in Playa del Carmen with definitely value for money. The kids club staff, especially Mimi and Selene, made my daughters' experience unforgettable. Consider being flexible with meal reservations to fully enjoy the dining options.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
The staff here is very nice. They treated us like family, and our kids loved the activities at the beach. We spent hours at the beachfront villa and ordered every meal off the menu, especially the shrimp tacos, which were to die for!
It wasn’t cheap by any means, but the experience made it worth it.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beachfront room and the lovely hot tubs, which our kids just adored. The beach access was perfect for relaxation, and the pools were great for unwinding after busy days. The only downside was that we found the check-in process to be a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 🌊
